The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Accordingly, inflation was 39.59 percent annually and 0.04 percent monthly.
In May 2023, CPI realized as 15.26 percent compared to December of the previous year, 39.59 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and 63.72 percent according to the twelve-month averages.
Rent increases are also determined according to the 12-month change in this scale.

In other words, if those who are tenants in a workplace will determine their rental agreements in June this month, they will increase the rent by 63.72 percent.
