TURKISH CITIZENSHIP
Turkish Citizenship by Investment: Foreigners who purchase real estate worth at least $400,000 in Turkey, themselves, their spouses and their under 18 years old children can apply for Turkish citizenship.
Turkish Citizenship by Marriage: Foreigners who have been married with a Turkish citizen for at least three years and whose marriage continues can apply for citizenship.
Turkish Citizenship in the General Way: Foreigners who lived in Turkey for 5 years with resident permit through Land Registry or with a work permit, if they have not been outside of the Turkey more than 360 days in 5 years and 180 days in each year , they can apply for citizenship.

REQUIREMENTS
• Purchasing a minimum of $400,000 worth of properties ( Apartment,Villa, Office, Shop, Land Plot ).
• they can purchase more than 1 unit . for example 2 diffirent apartment , the thing is total amount should be minimum 400.000$.
• The applicant must hold the property for a minimum of 3 years.
• Foreign person should not be registered on title deed in the history properties.So the property should be purchased either from construction companies or from Turkish citizen
Turkish Citizenship by Marriage
At the time of application, the applicant must have been married to a Turkish citizen for at least 3 years, and the marriage must be ongoing.
When applicants meet the requirements, they only have the right to apply for Turkish citizenship.
Turkish Citizenship by General Way
Foreigners who lived in Turkey for 5 years with resident permit through Land Registry or with a work permit, if they have not be outside of the Turkey more than 360 days in 5 years and 180 days in each year , they can apply for citizenship.
They can be asked to prove that they can support yourself financially. Also, the officials conduct an on-the-spot home inspection and ask you to attend an interview in Turkish.
